TERMS & CONDITIONS ARCASUITE TREVI

The present regulation constitutes a code of conduct necessary to protect the booking, guests' stay and complete and correct enjoyment of services offered by Arcaplus srl owner of Arcasuite brand.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY
Check-in must be carried out starting from 3:00 PM hours
Check-out must be carried out by 10:00 AM hours.
For arrivals and departures outside present time, management reserves faculty to apply supplements for early check-in and late check-out
Arrival and departure time must be communicated in advance.
Remembered that credit card used for booking must be in name of person staying at structure. Otherwise, at booking moment cardholder must send authorization for use by third parties.

CHECK-IN:
At check-in guests must show and provide data of regular identity document with photo, which in case of Extra-EU citizens must be passport, and credit card. Please note Special Requests subject to availability, and may involve charging of supplement.

CAUTION DEPOSIT:
To carry out check-in necessary to guarantee caution deposit with amount blocked on credit card, as guarantee of possible damages. Said amount will be unblocked at check-out subsequently to verification of residence release state by guests.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

PROPERTY CONDITIONS:
Property delivered clean in all environments according to highest standards required by Arcaplus Srl.
Any non-ordinary cleaning interventions or extra requests reported by guests charged to same at check-out moment.
Towel change carried out:
- In apartments: every 3 days
- In Rooms: on request and in any case not beyond 3 days
Any different requests must be communicated at check-in phase, together with any other needs connected to laundry and ironing service of clothing and garments.

DOMESTIC ANIMALS:
domestic animals of any type or size not admitted.

PARTIES / EVENTS:
Parties, gatherings and meetings of any type inside property strictly prohibited and may involve immediate rescission from lease contract.
To Apartment Guests advised to receive number of daytime Visitors maximum determined by common sense and anyway prior communication to Agency.

SMOKING:
Inside Arcaplus srl premises smoking prohibition exists. Possible violation of this rule may involve application of administrative sanctions and/or charging of cleaning or restoration costs of environments.

WASTE:
For waste use appropriate bins present in room. In case of waste exceeding room bins capacity on ground floor left of elevator, you will find dedicated room with two buckets. First bucket, black in color, dedicated to undifferentiated, other dedicated, according to day of week, to material indicated in table hung on room entrance door. Any sanctions received due to incorrect waste differentiation charged to Guests.

NUMBER OF PERSONS:
booking considered confirmed and guaranteed for number of persons declared at confirmation phase. Any exceeding guests, if not communicated in advance to our operators, may involve payment of supplement.

GUEST ASSISTANCE AND REFERENCE CONTACTS:

THEFTS / DAMAGES:
Arcaplus Srl not responsible for possible thefts and personal injuries of guests inside apartments. We suggest for this subscribing specific travel insurance.
Guest responsible for every damage to furniture and other objects caused during his stay.

REGULATION COMPLIANCE
Failure to comply with any rule supposes violation of Terms and Conditions of stay as provided by Rental Contract;
Arcaplus srl reserves right to revoke stay possibility of Guests if they do not conform to vacation homes rules or cause disturbance to Condominium.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) Cancellations and booking modifications:
- A) Non Refundable Rate:
-- Deposit/Prepayment: Full stay amount will be charged anytime.
-- Cancellation terms: In case of cancellation, changes or no-show full stay amount retained.
- B) Flexible Rate:
-- Deposit/Prepayment: 50% of payment charged immediately, remaining 50% charged 7 days before scheduled arrival date.
-- Cancellation terms: In case of change, cancellation within seventh day, 50% of total amount retained.
In case of failure to settle balance booking not confirmed.
In case of no-show full stay amount retained

2) Breakfast:
Rates do not include any meal.
For the apartment it is possible to request breakfast via own reserved area on our site www.arcasuite.it or contacting us directly

3) Children conditions
Children are welcome.
Children under 2 years of age will stay free in crib provided by structure upon request.
Children from 3 years of age up calculated as adults.

4) extra beds
Apartment and rooms cannot accommodate any extra bed.
