Terms & Conditions
This regulation constitutes a code of conduct necessary to protect the booking, the stay of guests and the complete and correct use of the services offered by Arcaplus srl, owner of the Arcasuite brand.
General Terms & Conditions of Stay
Check in must be carried out starting from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Check Out must be carried out by 11.00 am.
Arrival and departure times must be communicated in advance.
Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be registered in the name of the person staying at the property. Otherwise, the cardholder will have to send an authorization for use by third parties at the time of booking.
Check in:
Guests must show and provide photo identification and credit card information upon check-in. Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability, and may incur a surcharge.
Security deposit:
To check in it will be necessary to guarantee a security deposit with the amount blocked on the credit card, to guarantee any damage, for a maximum sum of €5,000.00. The aforementioned amount will be released at check out following verification of the residence release status by the guests.
Property conditions:
The property is delivered clean and sanitized in all environments according to the highest standards required by Arcaplus Srl.
Any cleaning interventions or extra requests reported by guests will be charged at the time of check out.
Any different requests must be communicated during check-in, together with any other needs connected to the laundry and ironing service of clothes and clothing.
Pets:
pets of any type or size are not allowed.
Parties / Events:
Parties, gatherings and meetings of any kind within the property are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental contract.
Guests are advised to receive a maximum number of daytime visitors established by common sense and in any case subject to prior communication to the Agency.
Smoke
Smoking is prohibited inside the residence. Any violation of this rule may result in the application of administrative sanctions and/or the charging of cleaning or restoration costs of the environments.
Waste:
The organization of waste and recycling does not include door-to-door separate collection; waste must be divided into paper/plastic, glass and wet/non-recyclable and must be deposited in the appropriate containers that Arcaplus staff will have shown you during check-in.
Any fines received due to incorrect waste sorting will be charged to the Guests
Number of people:
the reservation is considered confirmed and guaranteed for the number of people declared during confirmation. Any guests exceeding this number, if they have not been communicated to our operators in advance, may result in the payment of a supplement.
Guest assistance and references:
During check-in and check-out and for any problems connected with the guests' stay, a 24-hour telephone assistance service is available, even on public holidays, which guests can contact by calling the number +39 3343149639
Theft/damage:
Arcaplus Srl is not responsible for any thefts or personal injuries of guests inside the apartments. For this reason, we recommend taking out specific travel insurance.
The guest is responsible for any damage to furniture and other objects caused during his stay.
Compliance with the Regulation
Failure to comply with any rule implies violation of the Terms and Conditions of stay as provided for in the Rental Contract;
Arcaplus reserves the right to revoke the possibility of staying of Guests if they do not comply with the rules of the holiday homes or cause disturbance to the Condominium.

The full amount of your stay will be charged at any time.
Cancellation terms:
In case of cancellation, modifications or no-show, the entire amount of the stay will be retained.
Flexible Rate:
Deposit/Prepayment: 50% of the payment will be charged immediately,
The remaining 50% will be charged 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation terms:
In case of modification or cancellation within the seventh day, 50% of the total amount will be retained.
In case of missing balance the reservation will not be confirmed.
In case of no-show, the entire amount of the stay will be retained
Breakfast:
Rates do not include any meals.

Conditions for children / extra beds:
Children are welcome.
Children under 3 years of age will stay free of charge in a cot provided by the property upon request.
Children aged 4 years and older will be counted as adults.
The apartment cannot accommodate any extra beds.
